Do you need to visit my home before quoting?
Rarely. A two-minute WhatsApp video of each room, plus your pickup and drop-off addresses, is enough for a fixed written quote. We only survey in person for large villas and offices where access is complicated.
Is the price you quote really the price I pay?
Yes. Your quote is itemised and agreed in writing before loading starts. Nothing is discovered mid-job, and no extra charge appears at the door once the truck is loaded.
Can you move on the same day I call?
Often, yes — especially mid-week and mid-month. Month-end and the weeks before the school year are our busiest periods, so booking two to three days ahead secures your preferred time slot.
Do you handle the building NOC and lift booking?
Yes. We prepare the NOC request, register with building management, book the service lift, and share our trade licence and insurance so approval clears well before moving day.
