What to Know Before You Hang Curtains in Ajman
Hang the rail too low and the window looks squat; hang it too close to the frame and light leaks down both sides all summer. The rule that works in almost every Ajman flat is simple: fix the rail ten to fifteen centimetres above the window and let it run fifteen to twenty centimetres past each side, so the curtain stacks clear of the glass when it is open and seals the edges when it is closed. The sun decides the fabric.
